1. Who We Are

LOGIQ OPS LTD is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17279673), 53 Lakey Lane, Hall Green, Birmingham, B28 9DS.

We are the data controller for personal data collected through the Vision platform at app.logiqops.co.uk.

2. What Data We Collect

Data you provide directly:

  • Account information: name, email address, password (hashed)
  • Business information: company name, job title, address
  • Payment information: processed by Stripe (we do not store card numbers)
  • Communications: emails or messages you send to us

Data collected automatically:

  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type
  • Authentication tokens: session tokens to keep you logged in

Data from third-party integrations:

When you connect Gmail, Google Sheets, or Google Calendar, we access data solely to provide the features you have requested. We access only the minimum data necessary for the specific workflow you have configured.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Providing and operating the Service (contract performance)
  • Processing payments (contract performance)
  • Sending service notifications (contract performance)
  • Improving the Service (legitimate interests)
  • Complying with legal obligations (legal obligation)
  • Marketing communications where opted in (consent)
  • Fraud prevention and security (legitimate interests)

We will never sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Sub-processors

  • Anthropic: AI model processing — USA
  • Supabase: Database and authentication — EU/USA
  • Vercel: Platform hosting — USA
  • Stripe: Payment processing — USA/EU
  • Google: Gmail, Sheets, Calendar integrations — USA

All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements. For transfers outside the UK/EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

5. Data Retention

  • Account data: duration of subscription plus 30 days after cancellation
  • Usage logs: 12 months
  • Payment records: 7 years (legal requirement)
  • Integration data: processed in real time, not stored beyond workflow necessity
  • Backups: up to 30 days in encrypted backups

6. Security

We implement:

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest
  • OAuth tokens encrypted using AES-256
  • Access controls and authentication requirements
  • Regular security reviews
  • Incident response procedures

7. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access: request a copy of your personal data
  • Rectification: request correction of inaccurate data
  • Erasure: request deletion of your data
  • Restriction: request restricted processing
  • Portability: request data in a machine-readable format
  • Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interests
  • Withdraw consent at any time

You may also lodge a complaint with the ICO at ico.org.uk.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies only, necessary for session management and authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

9. Children

The Service is for business use only and is not directed at children under 18.

10. Changes to This Policy

We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
